Counselor Request Form

Schedule Change Request FormThis must be submitted to School Counseling in order to change any classes by the deadline for the 2025-26 school year.

Parent Override Course Recommendation: This form should be submitted if your child was not placed in an Honors, Pre-AP, AP, or Dual Enrolled course due to teacher recommendation, but they still want to switch into that level course.
